Former Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir and National Conference leader on May 14, while addressing a public rally, slammed the Centre over abrogation of Article 370.

While reiterating his stand on the same, he said, “they said if we remove Article 370, there would be peace. I don't see it. Yesterday, our brother SPO Riyaz Ahmad Thoker was killed. 24 hours before that, our brother Rahul Bhat was shot in his office".
