The recording of the all-teams ClientSpace onboarding session on the 6th of May 2022. The presentation document uploaded in this library was used to introduce all Genesis Europe account teams to ClientSpace, to walk them through Genesis Campaign Management via ClientSpace (incl. account scope and specifics, media plan, and approval process, and other relevant details). The second half of the session was dedicated to a live process showcase in ClientSpace to train users on how to add a new campaign, how to build a media plan, how to submit it for approval, and how to check it and approve/reject it from client perspective.
