Dileep Saxena, a fruit juice shop owner lost his shop in the demolition drive on April 20th in Jahangirpuri. The Indian Express asked the North Delhi mayor why the notice wasn't given to the shopkeepers. He says only illegal structures like scrap dealers' shops were demolished.
