The male model testing gender norms in a changing Saudi Arabia

With his hot pink hair extensions and leopard print pantsuit, model Ziad al-Mesfer was bound to turn heads during his recent public photo shoot in Saudi Arabia. The 25-year-old boasts more than two million Snapchat followers and another 200,000 on Instagram, but he still also receives harassment in-person and online in this deeply conservative nation.
