At the launch of the I-Biaya programme on Thursday (April 14), Housing and Local Government Minister Datuk Seri Reezal Merican Naina Merican said Syarikat Jaminan Kredit Perumahan Bhd (SJKP) had approved more than 12,000 applications with a total allocation of RM1.35bil from 2008 to February this year.
