CBI will investigate in West Bengal without state's pressure: Adhir Chowdhury

Amid reports of violence and continuous involvement of the CBI in West Bengal, Congress leader Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury on April 8 alleged that the CBI is fit to investigate cases in West Bengal as they investigate cases without the state’s pressure and reveal the truth to the public. “She (CM Mamata Banerjee) has formed a team inside the police so that the information of the ruling party cannot be revealed to the public and the name of that team is SIT. CBI is right for West Bengal,” he said.
