Rajya Sabha में एक ही Bill पर 200 बार Voting,जानें ऐसा क्यों | वनइंडिया हिंदी

To pass any law in the country, there is a discussion in both the houses of the Parliament. Motions are brought in, and legislation is voted on, with over 200 voices taken before a bill is passed in the Rajya Sabha. The seriousness of the law can be gauged only by voting 200 times. This bill has been brought to improve the functioning of the institutions of Chartered Accountants, Cast Accountants and Company Secretaries.

देश में किसी भी कानून को पास कराने के लिए संसद के दोनों सदनों में चर्चा होती है. प्रस्ताव लाए जाते हैं, और कानून पर वोटिंग होती है, राज्यसभा में एक बिल पारित किए जाने से पहले 200 से अधिक बार ध्‍वनिमत लिया गया. 200 बार वोटिंग से ही कानून की गंभीरता का अंदाजा लगाया जा सकता है. चार्टर्ड अकाउंटेंट, कास्ट अकाउंटेंट और कंपनी सचिवों के संस्थानों के कामकाज में सुधार के लिए ये विधेयक लाया गया है.
