After the initial uproar on what seemed to be cuts in healthcare spending the government clarified that it was a new accounting of health-related items that keeps healthcare spending at approximately the same level it was at last year. The call in contrast was however, that this is the moment of the government to "over-invest" in health considering years of under investment.
