One of the factors the UK suffers is the fear of being overtaken in court financially by oligarchs and others whose illicit assets we seek to seize. We are not fully equipped to deal with this dirty money. We don't have bad laws, but we just don't have resources for this issue.
We're going to ask the prime minister, the interior minister, etc... you have to explain it to us. Are there adequate resources to meet the challenges we face? We cannot simply enact more laws without devoting enough resources to enforcing them.
