'Our Bodies Dried Up From a Young Age': 4 Siblings in Rewa Suffer From a Rare Disease

Manish, Manoj, Susheela, and Aneesh in Madhya Pradesh's Rewa district were born as normal, healthy children. But, within a few years, they developed a rare form of muscular dystrophy, a rare disease which causes progressive muscle loss and weakness. As things changed for the worse for the four siblings, all the financial stress fell upon their eldest brother and farmer, Suresh, who is not only earning for the family, but also looking after them. The Quint spent a day with the family to capture their agony – and a quest for treatment.
