Court rules Section 62 of MACC Act unconstitutional

The Court of Appeal on Monday ruled that Section 62 of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2009, which requires accused persons to disclose their defence statements to the prosecution before commencement of the trial is unconstitutional.
