The murder of a 23-year-old Bajrang Dal activist, Harsha, in Karnataka's Shivamogga on Sunday, has turned the city into a political battleground. In another story, India's Permanent Representative to the UN TS Tirumurti, during an UNSC emergency meet in Ukraine on Tuesday, called for "restraint on all sides" and said that all issues between Russia and Ukraine can only be resolved through “diplomatic dialogue."
