The most expensive foreign player was England's Liam Livingstone, who was included in his team by Punjab Kings for 11 and a half million. In the same auction, Punjab Kings did not hold back from putting money on West Indies' Odeon Smith and made this explosive all-rounder a part of their team by paying 6 crores.

आईपीएल मेगा ऑक्शन के दूसरे दिन भी बड़े-बड़े खिलाड़ियों को अपनी टीम में लेने के लिए फ्रेंचाइज के बीच जंग देखने को मिली जहा पहले दिन भारतीय खिलाड़ियों पर धनवर्षा हुई तो वहीं आज दूसरे दिन विदेशी खिलाड़ियों पर पैसों की बरसात देखी गई जहा इस ऑक्शन में सबसे महंगे विदेशी खिलाड़ी इंग्लैंड के लियम लिविंगस्टोन रहे जिन्हे साढ़े 11 करोड़ में पंजाब किंग्स ने अपनी टीम में शामिल किया। वही इस ऑक्शन में वेस्टइंडीज के ओडियन स्मिथ पर भी पंजाब किंग्स पैसा लगाने से पीछे नहीं हटी और 6 करोड़ रुपये देकर इस विस्फोटक ऑल राउंडर को अपनी टीम का हिस्सा बनाया।
