The Queen cut an iced Victoria sponge cake decorated with the Jubilee emblem on the eve of her 70th-anniversary reception at Sandringham estate. The Queen replied “I don’t matter” when she was told that the cake has been turned upside-down for the press. The Queen will mark her Platinum Jubilee tomorrow, February 6 at Sandringham House, Norfolk.  Lady Dannatt, the Lord-Lieutenant of Norfolk said to the Queen: “I was told it had to be upside down for the press.” The Queen replied: “Oh! they can see it.
