''Dramatic footage surfacing from Japan shows a skier paying the price of being "out of line."
The skier in question, Mike D., kicks off his run on an impressive note but it doesn't take him long to run into a cluster of trees before crashing in a puff of snow.
"I was on a ski trip with my buddy, Sage in Japan and spent a week exploring the area around Myoko," Mike said. "I saw a beautiful line to ski but I didn't know where it went. In the middle of the line, I came into contact with some tight trees and then fell off the side of a ridge into a hole at the bottom."
This ski fail was filmed on February 2, 2020.
