Mexican village, home to thousands of migrating pelicans, hopes to attract tourists

Every winter, the Mexican village of Petatan welcomes thousands of migrating pelicans from Canada. Now it wants to see tourists arriving who could help the village get out of the crisis caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.
