Bihar Bandh का ऐलान student organization आइसा और नौजवान संगठन इनौस ने किया है. दरअसल बिहार में रेलवे रिक्रूटमेंट बोर्ड की नॉन टेक्निकल पॉपुलर कैटेगरी की परीक्षा के रिजल्ट को लेकर छात्र नाराज हैं. और अब छात्र संगठन AISA और नौजवान संगठन इनौस भी छात्रों के समर्थन में आ गए है.
