Will the culprits behind ‘Bulli Bai’ controversy be brought to justice?

After photographs of hundreds of Muslim women were uploaded on an app called 'Bulli Bai' using open-source platform GitHub, some of them took to social media to bring the issue to light. FIRs have been filed in the matter in Delhi and Mumbai while the Hyderabad police and National Commission for Women have taken cognizance of the issue. But what is next?
