Interactive light installation
Andrew O'Malley's modular, interactive lighting installation @ Electric Fields (Club SAW, Nov. 2008). A custom light fixture is controlled by the movement of people in the gallery it inhabits: motion sensors use the number and frequency of people in various parts of the space to control the color and speed of the installation. The work is programmed to reflect the activity of the people around it: lots of activity in the space results in rapid activity from the fixture, and vice versa. Both temporary and permanent interactive installations for your event, gallery, or storefront are available by commission; please contact me directly via this account, or visit my webpage for more info: www.aomalley.org
