7.3 magnitude earthquake strikes eastern Indonesia

A 7.3 magnitude earthquake shook Indonesia’s Flores Sea in the late morning of December 14, 2021. One person was reportedly injured and some buildings sustained damage in East Nusa Tenggara province. The strong tremor caused local residents to flee out into the streets.
