Nagaland Firing: 13 killed during search operation in Mon

Twelve civilians and a soldier died in a firing incident in the Tiru village area in Nagaland's Mon district on Saturday evening. Superintendent of Police Imnalensa confirmed thirteen deaths in the incident. As per reports, a group of people from Oting village were returning home in a pick-up mini truck when they were shot at. Local sources said that volunteers from the village had gone searching for them as they had not returned for several hours and found their bodies in the truck. In anger, the locals reportedly set two vehicles belonging to the security forces on fire. Watch this episode of Nonstop 100.
