: This was in Waukesha during the Christmas parade on November 21st. This is the aftermath after the car drove through a crowd striking many people right in front of us.
this footage &the videographer feel like theyre right out of a mid-budget found-footage film.that is not to say that i doubt the veracity of the footage-i do not. he did a great job at capturing the pandemonium of the scene(&it mimicked found footage films bc he kept framing himself rather the gruesome tragedy a few meters away:almost intentionally PG13), his voice, cadence, physical appearance and familial relation with those around him only add to the qualia of this masterful piece of history
