A home in Meopham was once the audio recording home for some of the biggest blockbusters of all time.
The Old Forge is now going on sale, where recordings for blockbuster films such as Titanic, Pearl Harbour and the Lord of the Rings trilogy took place.
The house has previously been marketed at an astonishing £1 million.
