More than a hundred postal workers in Kent have been been attacked by dogs while delivering post.
These figures for last year were released as part of the Royal Mail's campaign to raise awareness of the issue in the county.
The Royal Mail's Dr Shaun Davis, one of the postal workers involved in the campaign Helena Glazebrook, plus her own dogs joined us to speak more about the dangers.
