Facebook and Instagram users in Kent will soon be able to keep tabs of their online habits thanks to new features.
It's hoped the update will help combat scrolling addiction.
The tools, to be rolled out globally from next week will include the ability for users to set time limits on the amount of time they use the apps, social media expert Zoe Cairns explains.
