Defibrillator thefts increase dramatically in Kent

In the last three years, Kent Police has seen a massive increase in thieves targeting the life saving devices - putting more lives at risk. We talked to Tonbridge and Malling MP Tom Tugendhat asking his reaction to the latest figures.
