Vandals put lives at risk along Medway river

Councillors in Maidstone say vandals are risking lives and costing tax payers thousands of pounds.

Thieves are repeatedly stealing or misusing life rings used to save people from drowning.

It comes after a number of deaths in the river Medway over the last few months.
