Wouldham residents fear traffic issues could be deadly

Residents in Wouldham staged a peaceful protest against the dangerous traffic passing through the village today, after a new housing development was built nearby.

They are now calling on Kent County Council for improved safety measures before something tragic happens.

The council has said a 7.5 tonne weight restriction has been put in place to stop HGVs using the village as a route to Medway.
