Shorne residents fed up as spate of flytipping goes unpunished

Residents in Shorne say flytipping's making their village a living hell. The area near Gravesend has been a hotspot for dumped rubbish for a number of years.
The issue costs taxpayers 10 million pounds a year according to Kent County Council, many say it's become unbearable.
