Businesses fear Customs IT systems won't be ready as Brexit deadline looms

A catastrophe at the Port of Dover and queues clogging up Kent's motorways. That's the warning from businesses who claim new IT systems designed to deal with a huge increase in customs declarations won't be ready for January the 1st.
