Ingredients: Mashed potatoes Eggs-6 Chopped onion- 1 cup Chopped coriander Chopped chilly Red chilly powder- 1tsp Coriander powder- 1tsp Salt to taste Jeeta powder-1tsp
Method: 1) Add all thd ingredients together in a bowl and mash it well. 2) Make flat tikka shapes. (Size according to preference) 3) Fry the tikkas in heated oil. 4) Serve it hot with your choice of sauce or green chutney.
