Transport groups file petition to hike minimum jeepney fare to ₱12

The cost of fuel has gone up by 5-7 pesos per liter in 7 weeks and that only means one thing, our kababayans have to dig deeper into their purses to pay for gas. Transport groups filed a petition to also increase fares.
