In a bid to reduce noise pollution in the country, Union Road Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari is planning something out of the box. During inauguration of a highway in Nashik on Monday, Gadkari stated that he is planning to bring in a law to ensure that only sounds of Indian musical instruments are used as horn for vehicles.
