City Buses In Smart City Rourkela, Odisha Gathering Rust

This is the state of affairs of the City Bus service in smart city of Rourkela. The buses are gathering dust and rust at the new bus terminal in Rourkela. As many as 15 buses are lying defunct at the terminal.
