Bhabanipur bypoll to take place as per schedule on Sept 30: Calcutta HC

A day after the violence in Bhabanipur on the last day of campaigning for the bypoll, Calcutta High Court said on Tuesday that there won't be any stay on Babanipur bypolls and the voting will be held on the scheduled date i.e, September 30.
