Water cannons used on farmers marching towards secretariat

Thousands of protesting farmers began marching towards the mini secretariat in Haryana's Karnal after talks with the state government failed on Tuesday. The protest march moved from Namaste chowk to the secretariat. Protesting farmers were seen hopping over barricades amid police deployment on their way to the office of the mini-secretariat. As farmers tried to forcibly enter the secretariat's office, police started using water cannons on the demonstrators. Watch this video.
