Taliban spokesman in Afghanistan Zabihullah Mujahid has announced that the ongoing war in Afghanistan is over. Ahmed Masood, son of Ahmed Shah Masood, who had fought against the Taliban in the past, has declared a 'declaration of war' against the Taliban following in the footsteps of his father.
