In Himachal Pradesh's Kinnaur, many vehicles got stuck after being hit by rocks yesterday and the death toll has reached 13 this morning. Some people may still be trapped in the ditch and the rescue operation is still going on. Incidents of cracking of mountains have happened several times in the last few weeks in both Kinnaur and Sirmaur areas.
