In such a situation, many people started calling Parthiv Patel unlucky. Now Parthiv Patel has broken the silence on this matter. Actually Parthiv Patel does not consider himself Unlucky. According to him, he got an opportunity to play for Team India before Dhoni but he could not take full advantage of that opportunity and that is why MS Dhoni took his place.

Team India के पूर्व Wicketkeeper बल्लेबाज़ Parthiv Patel ने Mahendra Singh Dhoni से पहले भारतीय टीम के लिए डेब्यू किया, लेकिन MS Dhoni के Debut करने के बाद से उन्हें बहुत ज्यादा मौके नहीं मिले। ऐसे में कई लोग Parthiv Patel को unlucky कहने लगे। अब इस बात पर Parthiv Patel ने चुप्पी तोड़ी है। दरअसल Parthiv Patel खुद को Unlucky नहीं मानते। उनके मुताबिक उन्हें Dhoni से पहले Team India के लिए खेलने का मौका मिला था लेकिन वो उस मौके का पूरा फायदा नहीं उठा पाए थे और इसी वजह से एम एस धोनी ने उनकी जगह ले ली।
