Spike in brought-in-death cases: Lack of awareness and access to 999 blamed

Covid-19 brought in dead (BID) cases have increased due to lack of awareness of how to track symptoms while self-isolating at home.

According to the Islamic Medical Association of Malaysia’s Response and Relief Team (Imaret) Covid-19 task force coordinator Dr Ahmad Munawwar Helmi Salim, the issue is further compounded by the current inaccessibility to emergency medical services.
