Panic and explosions as a Philippine Air Force cargo plane crashed in Patikul, Sulu on Sunday, July 4.
In a video taken by resident, Almar Aki, moments after the crash, multiple small explosions can be heard from the burning C-130H transport plane, which crashed while trying to land on Jolo island in Sulu province. Wounded soldiers can be seen on the ground as residents and rescuers respond to help the victims.
