Du Fu The Great Poet:--
Du Fu, a great Chinese poet, described the relationship between Du Fu and Li Bai. The relationship between the two of them is very delicate. In fact, the ancients have already noticed this problem. Ming Hong Mai (Rong Zhai's essays) used Du Ji to verify it, It's called Taibai and the work of "JOY". So some people say:- You can see the friendship between the two poet, Li Shukuang and Du Fuqie. They even think that Li Bai doesn't like Du Fu's poems, but Du Fu's wishful thinking admires Li Bai-Li as Li-Bai is elder than Du Fu , That should be the case, there is a huge difference in the personalities between two of them. It is said that the Anshi Rebellion made Du Fu famous.

杜甫——中国伟大的诗人有一段述及杜甫与李白的关系, 他们二人的关系很是微妙. 其实, 古人早已注意到了这个问题, 明人洪迈 (容斋随笔) 以杜集考之, 其称太白及怀赠之作. 所以有人说:-可见两公交情, 李疏旷而杜剀切. 甚至认为李白看不上杜甫的诗, 不过是杜甫一厢情愿仰慕李白罢了——李白比杜甫大, 应该是这么回事, 他二人性格上存在着极大的差异, 听说安史之乱成就了杜甫.
