India clears on having dialogue with Pakistan

Before the meeting on Jammu and Kashmir, Mehbooba Mufti gave her big statement on dialogue with Pakistan. Mehbooba is repeatedly talking about Pakistan. But today the Ministry of External Affairs has cleared directly that Pakistan's interference in Kashmir will not be tolerated and talks will take place only when Pakistan stops supporting terrorism.
