Bhullar's family alleges he was killed in fake encounter

On June 9, Jaipal Bhullar and his aide Jassi Kharar were gunned down in Kolkata's New Town area in a fierce encounter with the police. The joint operation was carried out by the Punjab Police and the local STF. Bhullar's family has accused Kolkata STF of killing Bhullar in a fake encounter.
