Palace: Duterte not eyeing law to require vaccination

The Justice Department says getting vaccinated against COVID-19 is quote "a legal choice." It adds, there is no legal basis yet to enforce President Rodrigo Duterte's threat to arrest individuals who refuse to get a vaccine. But Malacañang says vaccination can be made mandatory through local ordinances or as long as Congress passes a law.
