The upcoming ‘Chandana Yatra’ of Lord Jagannath will be held outside the Srimandir premises. The festival this year will be held outside temple premises with strict adherence to Covid-19 norms.
The proposal was tabled at meeting of the Shree Jagannath Temple Administration (SJTA) committee. A virtual meeting in this regard was chaired by Chief Administrator, Krishan Kumar in the Piligrim Town on Thursday. However, the final decision regarding the same will be taken in the Chhatisa Nijoga meeting to be held on May 11.
