These cauliflowers, broccoli, brinjals and other leafy greens have all been produced without fertilizers.
Yes, you heard that right. This feat has been achieved by the former Professor of Orissa University of Agriculture and Technology (OUAT), Nanda Kishore Pradhan. He says that he has grown these vegetables on the premises of Thakurbadi temple located in Puri by using just 30 percent fertilizers and decomposed grass.
