After getting permission from the Drugs Controller General of India, AIIMS Delhi on Monday started the screening of children between ages 2 and 18 years for clinical trials of Covaxin. AIIMS Delhi is not the first hospital in the country to do so. AIIMS Patna began vaccine trials for children on June 3.
