On Friday, February 12th, lawyers in New Delhi took out a march from the High Court to the Supreme Court, condemning the raid of Advocate Mehmood Pracha's chambers by the Delhi Police in December last year.

The lawyers also demanded that an advocate protection act be passed, which would protect them from such police action in the future.

The Wire speaks to Advocate Mehmood Pracha, Retired Justice B.G. Kosle Patil and Advocate Miriam Fozia Rahman who were present during the march.
