गणतंत्र दिवस पर इस बार, लगभग बारह-तेरह वर्ष पहले लिखी जन कवि भगवत रावत (१९३९ -२०१२) की कविता 'देश एक राग है' प्रस्तुत है. जिसमें 'नेशन स्टेट' की अवधारणा को लेकर उनकी अपनी बहस शामिल है.
भागवत रावत (१३ सितंबर १ ९ ३ ९ - २५ मई २०१२), भोपाल और झाँसी से एक प्रगतिशील हिंदी लेखक - कवि और निबंधकार थे। उन्होंने बुंदेलखंडी में भी लिखा है। लम्बे समय से चल रही गुर्दे की बीमारी के चलते, 73 वर्ष की आयु में उनका निधन हो गया।
This Republic Day we present before you the Hindi Poem, 'Desh Ek Raag Hai'. Written by Jan-Kavi Bhagwat Rawat almost 12-13 years back, the poem features his arguments and discussions (still relevant) on the idea of the 'nation state'.
Bhagwat Rawat (13th September 1939 - 25th May 2012), was a progressive Hindi writer - poet and essayist, from Bhopal and Jhansi. He also wrote in the Bundelkhandi dialect. The writer passed away at the age of 73 after a long resistance to kidney failure.
